Passionfruit Martini
Our take on a classic!
What you will need
Serves: 1
Prepping time: 5 min
Ice cubes
45ml vodka
45ml passionfruit puree
20ml sugar syrup
1 passionfruit halved – scrape pulp out of one half to go with your cocktail ingredients
NOTES
To add a little fizz to this cocktail, simple add a shot of Prosecco or Champagne into the top of the finished cocktail.
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- Add all ingredients.
- Shake and strain into a a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with half a passionfruit floating.
