Nationwide Produce PLC is one of the largest, longest-established and most diverse produce companies in UK.

What do we do? We grow, grade, pack, buy and sell fresh produce. The business started life as Bernard O'Malley & Co in 1975 from a small room in Bernard's family home in Southport, Lancashire. It is now a truly international company having been recognised by the Sunday Times for two years running as one of Britain's private companies with the fastest-growing international sales growth. We have operations in Spain, Belfast, Shropshire, Lancashire, Spalding, Evesham, Southend and two in the Netherlands. We are also major importers with just over half the produce we buy coming from overseas.

We also have our own farming operation and grower group – Richmond Farms. We grow 340 acres of root crops in East Anglia and Lancashire under the Richmond Farms banner. The grower group now has 23 members and 37,000 tonnes of dedicated root crops.

Our customers are in every sector of the market - retail, food-service, catering, processing, wholesale and export. They want to be able to buy a full range of veg, fruit and exotics from around the World every day... whatever the circumstances.
