We have operations in Spain, Belfast, Shropshire, Lancashire, Spalding, Evesham, Southend and two in the Netherlands.
We have a grower group, Richmond Farms, and our own farming operation growing 310 acres of root crops in the North West and East Anglia. We supply every sector of the market.
Trading Manager. Location: Spalding, Lincs.
We are seeking to appoint a Trading Manager for a position that has arisen in our Spalding office due to retirement. There is an existing trade for the successful applicant to take over although he/she will be expected to develop this with the full support of the Group.
Applicants should have experience within the fresh produce industry - ideally in a similar role.
Applicants will be good communicators with strong commercial awareness and will be prepared to work under their own initiative to build their business. Sound ability in Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. You will receive full training on our own bespoke IT system.

Technical & Agronomy Manager. Location: Spalding, Lincs.
This role involves technical supply chain management for our UK and overseas customers & suppliers. Additional responsibilities include management of our residue testing programme and quality management systems. Applicants should possess agronomy experience so as to oversee our own crops and Richmond Farms. Applicants will be ideally BASIS qualified and have experience of achieving and maintaining certification such as BRC and GlobalGap.
This is a customer-facing role so applicants will need to be strong communicators. This is an exciting and varied role. It will involve regular customer & supplier visits in the UK and abroad. It covers a broad range of crops from Kenyan sugar snaps to Lincs potatoes supplied to customers across all market sectors throughout Europe, Scandinavia and Russia.
