1. THE PROMOTER AND STATUS OF THE PROMOTION

1 The promoter is Nationwide Produce PLC, registered in England and Wales under company number 01972264, with registered office at 164 Lord Street, Southport, PR9 0QA (the “Promoter”). VAT number: GB 439 1406 54.

1.2 The promotion is the Nationwide Produce – Les Vergers Boiron Ambient Fruit Puree Anfield Prize Draw 2026 (the “Promotion”). It is a business-to-business customer prize draw operated by the Promoter.

1.3 Les Vergers Boiron is the supplier and brand of the qualifying products only. Les Vergers Boiron is not the promoter, administrator or prize provider and has no legal role in the operation of the Promotion.

1.4 Liverpool Football Club and Arsenal Football Club are not promoters, administrators or sponsors of the Promotion. References to the clubs and fixture identify the match forming part of the prize only.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 The Promotion is open only to companies and other business entities registered in the United Kingdom that hold an active Nationwide Produce customer/trading account with the Promoter during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Customers”).

2.2 The entrant is the Eligible Customer business/account, not the individual employee, director, buyer, account contact or other person who places the order. Any person placing a qualifying order does so on behalf of the Eligible Customer.

2.3 The person placing an order must be authorised to place orders on behalf of the Eligible Customer.

2.4 The Promoter, its holding or subsidiary companies, and any business or person directly involved in administering or independently supervising the Promotion are not eligible to enter. Les Vergers Boiron is not eligible to enter.

2.5 The Promoter may require reasonable evidence that an entrant satisfies these eligibility requirements and may withhold or withdraw the prize where the eligibility requirements have not been met.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

3.1 The Promotion opens at 00:01 BST on Wednesday 12 August 2026 (the “Opening Date”) and closes at 23:59 BST on Wednesday 2 September 2026 (the “Closing Date”), inclusive.

3.2 Orders placed or accepted outside the Promotion Period do not qualify.

4. QUALIFYING PRODUCTS AND ENTRY MECHANIC

4.1 A qualifying case is one case containing 6 x 1 litre cartons of Les Vergers Boiron Ambient Fruit Puree in any of the following flavours: Blood Orange, Coconut, Lemon, Lime, Mango, Passion Fruit, White Peach, Pineapple, Raspberry or Strawberry (each a “Qualifying Case”).

4.2 Each Qualifying Case ordered and accepted during the Promotion Period generates one (1) entry into the prize draw. For example: 1 Qualifying Case = 1 entry; 5 Qualifying Cases = 5 entries; 10 Qualifying Cases = 10 entries.

4.3 There is no maximum number of entries, provided every entry is generated by a genuine Qualifying Case ordered and accepted in accordance with these Terms.

4.4 Qualifying Cases may be ordered in any combination of the qualifying flavours and each Qualifying Case carries the same number of entries.

4.5 Qualifying Products are sold at the normal commercial price applicable to the customer’s Nationwide Produce account. No price is increased or otherwise set to reflect the opportunity to participate in the Promotion, and there is no separate entry fee, surcharge or additional charge for participation.

5. HOW TO ENTER AND WHEN AN ORDER IS ACCEPTED

5.1 To enter, an Eligible Customer must place an order for one or more Qualifying Cases through its dedicated Nationwide Produce account manager or another normal Nationwide Produce ordering channel during the Promotion Period.

5.2 For the purposes of the Promotion, an order is “accepted” when Nationwide Produce issues written acceptance or an order confirmation, or the order is otherwise recorded as accepted in Nationwide Produce’s order management system in accordance with its standard Terms & Conditions of Sale. The time recorded by Nationwide Produce is decisive for determining whether the order was accepted before the Closing Date.

5.3 Entries are generated automatically from the Promoter’s accepted-order records. No separate competition entry form is required.

5.4 An entry linked to a Qualifying Case will be invalidated if, before the prize is finally awarded, the relevant order or case is cancelled, returned, credited or reversed at the entrant’s request, is not a bona fide commercial purchase, or is otherwise found not to meet these Terms. The Promoter will act reasonably where a cancellation, credit or return results solely from a product defect, supply failure, Promoter error or another circumstance outside the entrant’s reasonable control.

5.5 If an entry is found to be invalid after the provisional winner has been selected but before the prize has been fulfilled, the Promoter may withdraw that provisional entitlement and select a replacement winner in accordance with clause 9.

5.6 The Promoter is not responsible for an order or communication that is lost, delayed, misdirected or not received or accepted by the Closing Date because of a technical, telecommunications, systems or other failure outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. Customers are encouraged to place orders in sufficient time for them to be accepted before the Closing Date.

5.7 By placing an order for a Qualifying Case during the Promotion Period, the Eligible Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

6. BUSINESS APPROVAL, CONFLICTS AND ANTI-BRIBERY

6.1 This Promotion is intended as a transparent business-to-business customer promotion. It is not intended to induce, reward or influence the improper performance of any purchasing, procurement, contracting, advisory or other business function.

6.2 Participation and acceptance or use of the prize must be permitted by the entrant’s own gifts, hospitality, procurement, conflicts-of-interest and anti-bribery policies and by applicable law. Employer/business approval is mandatory.

6.3 The entrant is responsible for obtaining any approval required from its owner, board, employer, compliance function, procurement function or other authorised person before accepting the prize.

6.4 If an entrant or proposed attendee is subject to a stricter gifts or hospitality policy, that stricter policy must be followed. An entrant or attendee must not accept or use the prize if doing so would breach an applicable policy, duty or law.

6.5 The Promoter may require written confirmation of the approvals described in this clause before the prize is finally awarded.

6.6 Any tax liability or reporting obligation arising from participation in, acceptance of or use of the prize is the responsibility of the winning business and/or its nominated attendees. Entrants should obtain their own tax advice where required.

7. THE PRIZE

7.1 There is one (1) prize. The winning Eligible Customer business will receive two (2) corporate hospitality tickets for Liverpool v Arsenal at Anfield during the 2026/27 season.

7.2 The fixture is currently scheduled for Saturday 31 October 2026 at 15:00, but the date and kick-off time are subject to confirmation and change. If the fixture is rearranged, postponed or rescheduled, the prize will follow the Liverpool v Arsenal fixture at Anfield in the 2026/27 season on the rearranged date.

7.3 The prize includes the meal and drinks provided as part of the selected corporate hospitality package, including alcoholic drinks where they are included by the hospitality provider.

7.4 The prize also includes one (1) night of accommodation in a 4-star hotel selected by the Promoter, on a bed-and-breakfast basis, in a standard double room. Up to two (2) standard double rooms will be provided if required for the two attendees.

7.5 The Promoter will select and book the hotel after the winning business has been validated and will arrange the accommodation with the winner. Hotel choice, room configuration and booking arrangements are subject to availability and the Promoter’s reasonable discretion, provided that the hotel standard and room entitlement in clause 7.4 are maintained or a reasonable equivalent is provided.

7.6 The prize does not include transport to or from Liverpool or Anfield, local transfers, parking, travel insurance, spending money, taxes, personal expenses or any other cost not expressly stated as included.

7.7 The winning business may nominate any two (2) individuals of its choice to use the prize. Both attendees must be aged 18 or over on the date of the fixture and must comply with all applicable employer, organisational, stadium, club, hospitality and hotel requirements.

7.8 The prize is awarded to the winning business. It may not be sold, exchanged or transferred to another business. Once attendee names and bookings have been confirmed, any change of attendee is subject to the Promoter’s approval and any applicable third-party ticketing or booking rules.

7.9 There is no cash alternative.

7.10 If, because of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, a stated non-cash element of the prize becomes genuinely unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a reasonable non-cash equivalent. If the Liverpool v Arsenal fixture is cancelled and is not rescheduled at Anfield during the 2026/27 season, the Promoter may provide a reasonable non-cash hospitality equivalent. The Promoter will not substitute merely to reduce the value or quality of the prize.

7.11 The prize is subject to the terms, conditions, admission rules and security requirements of the football club, stadium, hospitality provider and hotel. The Promoter is not responsible for refusal of entry or loss of access caused by an attendee’s failure to comply with those requirements.

7.12 The prize value is not stated and may vary depending on the final fixture arrangements, hospitality package and hotel selected.

8. WINNER SELECTION, VALIDATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT

8.1 The draw will take place on Thursday 3 September 2026.

8.2 One provisional winning Eligible Customer business will be selected at random from all valid entries using a computer process that produces verifiably random results. The Promoter will retain a record sufficient to demonstrate that the selection was conducted randomly.

8.3 The provisional winning business will be contacted and announced on Thursday 3 September 2026, subject to validation of eligibility, compliance with these Terms and timely claim of the prize.

8.4 The announcement may identify the provisional winning business and its county or region. If that business does not validly claim the prize, the Promoter will update the winner information after a replacement winner has been selected.

8.5 The Promoter’s decisions concerning validation of entries and administration of the draw are final, subject to applicable law, and will be exercised reasonably and consistently with these Terms.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION, CLAIM AND REPLACEMENT WINNER

9.1 The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the provisional winning business on Thursday 3 September 2026 using the telephone number and/or email address held for the business’s main day-to-day account contact. The customer’s Nationwide Produce account manager may also assist with contact.

9.2 The initial provisional winner must claim the prize by 23:59 BST on Sunday 6 September 2026 by responding to the Promoter’s notification and confirming acceptance on behalf of the winning business.

9.3 The prize may only be claimed by a person authorised to act for the winning business.

9.4 If the initial provisional winner does not validly claim the prize by the deadline in clause 9.2, its entitlement will lapse and any later response will be invalid. The Promoter will select a replacement winner at random from the remaining valid entries on Monday 7 September 2026 using the same verifiably random process.

9.5 The replacement winner will have forty-eight (48) hours from the time of the Promoter’s first notification to claim the prize.

9.6 If a replacement winner does not claim within its 48-hour claim period, the Promoter may repeat the random selection process from the remaining valid entries until the prize is awarded.

9.7 The Promoter will not charge the winner any fee to claim the prize.

10. WINNER INFORMATION AND OPTIONAL PUBLICITY

10.1 The Promoter will publish or otherwise make available information sufficient to show that a valid award took place. This may include the winning business name and its county or region.

10.2 An entrant may object to, or request a reduction in, the winner information made public by contacting sales@nationwideproduce.com. The Promoter may nevertheless provide the relevant winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.

10.3 The Promoter may invite the winning business and/or attendees to take part in reasonable post-promotion publicity, such as a photograph, testimonial or social media post. Participation in publicity is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving the prize.

10.4 Where publicity is agreed, the Promoter will agree the intended use with the relevant participant before publication.

11. DATA PROTECTION

11.1 The Promoter will process personal data used to administer the Promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://www.nationwideproduce.com/privacy-policy/.

11.2 The Promoter may use account, order and contact information already held by it to validate entries, conduct the draw, contact and verify the winner and fulfil the prize.

11.3 Personal data may be shared with the hospitality provider, football club, hotel or other service providers only to the extent reasonably necessary to validate or fulfil the prize and subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

11.4 Entry into the Promotion does not create a new consent to receive marketing. The Promoter will continue to apply the customer’s existing marketing preferences and applicable suppression or opt-out requirements.

12. AVAILABILITY, TECHNICAL ISSUES AND CHANGES

12.1 The Promoter will administer the Promotion fairly and will make adequate resources available for its administration.

12.2 The Promoter will award the prize as described or, only where genuinely necessary because of circumstances outside its reasonable control, a reasonable non-cash equivalent in accordance with clause 7.10.

12.3 The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion where this becomes reasonably necessary because of circumstances outside its reasonable control, to comply with applicable law or regulation, or to preserve the fair and proper administration of the Promotion. Any material change will be communicated appropriately and will not be made merely to disadvantage entrants.

12.4 The Closing Date will not be changed unless unavoidable circumstances outside the Promoter’s control make a change necessary and the change can be made fairly without disadvantaging entrants who participated on the original basis.

13. UNAUTHORISED THIRD-PARTY PROMOTION, FRAUD AND ABUSE

13.1 Promotion of the Prize Draw by an unauthorised third party does not create any right to enter, and no third party is authorised to collect entry fees, sell entries or represent itself as administering the Promotion.

13.2 If the Promoter reasonably believes that there has been a breach of these Terms, fraud, sham ordering, manipulation, abuse, unauthorised third-party activity or other conduct contrary to the fair operation or spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may disqualify the relevant entry or entrant from the Promotion.

13.3 If an entrant is disqualified after provisional selection but before fulfilment of the prize, the Promoter may select a replacement winner in accordance with clause 9.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

14.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14.2 Subject to clause 14.1, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, damage, cost or expense arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including fixture changes, travel disruption, third-party booking changes, technical failures, or an entrant’s or attendee’s failure to comply with third-party admission or booking requirements.

14.3 The Promoter is not responsible if the winning business or either attendee is unable to take up the prize for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

15. GENERAL

15.1 These Terms apply to the Promotion and should be read together with the Promoter’s standard Terms & Conditions of Sale for the underlying purchase of Qualifying Products. In the event of an inconsistency concerning the Promotion mechanic, these Promotion Terms prevail; the Terms & Conditions of Sale continue to govern the sale of the products.

15.2 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in force.
15.3 No person other than the Promoter and an entrant has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce these Terms.

15.4 These Terms and any dispute or claim, including any non-contractual dispute or claim, arising out of or in connection with the Promotion are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law that cannot validly be excluded.
