Competition Winner Dinner for Two selected by Michel Roux Jr
We are delighted to announce that Michel Roux Jr has selected Filippo Costantino as the winner of our Nationwide competition.
Filippo created a delightful Potato terrine, mozzarella, crunchy onion, Parmesan cheese, truffle mayo and pomme soufflé
The competition prize was a Tasting Dinner for Two at Michel Roux Jr’s Le Gavroche, including an overnight stay and travel budget – Michel Roux Jr presented a delightful selection of dishes along with a signed copy of his book the french revolution.
