Creating the French potato dish – Pommes Aligot

Mark Poynton at Alimentum restaurant in Cambridge shows us how to make this traditional French potato dish – Pommes Aligot, or as Mark calls it ‘Cheesy Potatoes’.

Ingredients:
500g of Mint baby potatoes
250g double cream
250g butter
250g grated cheese (Aligot in the recipe but any strong semi hard cheese will work)
